I received the last spell ingredient in Episode 3, and when the map appears to show me where to go, I click exit, Graham walks off-scene and the game turns black and crashes
I have a 2.6gHz dual core, w/ NVidia 8600 processor and 2 gigs ram, running Windows 7 64-bit
troubleshooting things I've tried:
update video drivers
download adobe flash/shockwave players
turn off reflections
turn graphics to lowest setting
turn off all graphical embellishments
run game in window
and yet it still crashes. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not 100% what's causing that issue for some people. That is right at the absolute very end of Episode 3 so there's nothing else really to do at that point except watch the ending cutscene. If you'd like to see that take a look here:

At this point you could just start Episode 4 from the starting game menu and go on into that episode.

Try updating Direct X you would be suprised on you many problems it fixes.
