It's not possible to play in fullscreen mode. Please, check it and fix.
What kind of video card do you have in that system and how much dedicated video memory does it have?
GeForce 650M 1 Gb
In fullscreen mode some elements of game interface is out of the screen
Can you let me know what fullscreen resolution you're trying at, and whether you've tried more than one resolution at the fullscreen option?
1440 X 900
I think... I have to make screenshots
Does it look fine in windowed mode?
I have seen mentions of Unity-built applications not always interpreting Retina displays correctly. It's possible that the game is determining the wrong resolution. If I had to guess, I'd say the GUI is squished into the top half of the screen or some other odd configuration. I would definitely be interested to see exactly what is happening for you.
I made screenshots

Which version of the Mac OS do you have? If it's Lion (a special custom OS X 10.7 build) and not Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8 ), that might be why. I was just reading that people with 10.7 have been having a lot of troubles running Unity applications and games.
This is the thread I'm reading btw:

You might want to try some of the suggestions in there.
The suggestions above were of no help to me at all.
Here's my workaround:
1. Start Cognition in "windowed" mode at 1440x900.
2. Once it has loaded, press Command-F to go into full-screen mode.
Somehow, magically, it then displays correctly. Use cmd-F to exit full-screen mode when you're done.
