Hello! I am looking forward to playing this game. I have downloaded it from the link given to me, I chose a Windows compatible one and installed it. Upon opening it, I get an error message stating that Windows can not open it and then nothing else. There really is no error message beyond that.
My computer is running Windows 7
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M Graphics w/ 1.5B GDDR5 Video Memory
Hard Drive 320 GB 7200 RPM SATA II
4 gb dual channel DDR3
SDRAM at 1333MHz - 2 x 2GB
Intel Core i7-2630QM Processor
Are there any known issues and or solutions for this?

Sometimes the extension gets lost, try renaming the file and just putting a .exe on the end of it and see if that helps.
I added .exe as an extension. Still did not work.
Hmm... It's possible you got an incomplete download. Maybe try re-downloading it?
