After Max's crying cut-scene a commentary box comes up. It appears to be rough sketches of the scene just watched (plus poodle). There is no sound accompanying this commentary image and there is no way to exit this window to continue the game. The X in the corner doesn't work nor does clicking the area around it.
This has happened on two computers. The second computer was playing the episode from scratch again. Both computers are Windows 7.
Is there any help anyone can provide? I'd be satisfied knowing I didn't miss any excellent commentary having to have it off for that time. =)
hi, FireStrega, I'm sorry you've encountered such an inconvenience.
I'm QA Lead for the project and have looked into this issue.
The problem is actually the silence is the audio and while the "audio" plays the game won't let you leave (which should not happen).
I've contacted the people who can fix this for us.
But as a workaround right now, there are two methods:
1. turn off commentary before going into this (which most won't for the first time ;) )
2. wait 30 seconds to a minute for the silence to finish its playthrough and then you can exit out
