Anyone ever played Septerra Core? It seemed a decent game, I only just started playing it but had to uninstall to fit other stuff on my comp. Just wondering if anyone else has ever played it and what they thought.
Also, how about the Kyrandia series? What do people think of that one?
I've never heard of Septerra Core, but I've played all three games in the LoK series. Malcolm's Revenge (at least the version on Home of the Underdogs) gave me a problem near the end, though, something about a missing file. Don't you hate it when that happens?
Absolutely! So annoying. I think I may have mentioned my FF9 horror story - after I'd spent over sixty hours playing through the game, beat the last guy, the last last guy, started to relax and enjoy the end sequence when it FROZE. I was so in hysterics, nearly lost my mind. Thankfully I was able to borrow someone else's disc 4 to finish!
Malcolm Revenge is actually the only of the three I haven't finished, and I own all three of them, too.
Hey, maybe you can get me the file that I'm missing. I'll go through the game again, shouldn't take me too long, and I'll let you know what file it is annoyed about. I wanna see the end of Malcolm's Revenge, after all...
If I can, I have it on a CD, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it off there per se, but let me know! :)
Slow battle -definitely remember that one!! I didn't get too far in the game before uninstalling it to fit other things, though it did seem pretty good other than that. It had that card-related summoning, didn't it? I've never been good with the ones taht work like that. In-game card games etc...I'm only marginally good at ones in real life!
