The silver moon. I read a hint asking about how to get it from someone who could make it but I've talked to someone who is good at crafting stuff but get no options to make it. This is the last ingredient I need! Help!

I've managed to show him what I need made, he's just taking his sweet old time about making it.
I've taken a tour of all the islands, sat around listening to the fine music, and he still keeps griping that he needs more time.
How long does it take? :P I'm guessing he's triggered by an event instead, just haven't been able to find the event.
(Addendum) Well, two trips around the isles, I'm still stumped. I also haven't found whose...
[spoiler]hair to cut with the shears (haven't met any strong men except maybe Saladin, and I don't think his strength is tied to his hair)[/spoiler] or [spoiler]whose voice to capture; I presume Cassima, but Sing Sing is an option... neither seem to work.[/spoiler] So I'm guessing that neither of these are events that make the blacksmith finish since I can't complete them.
[spoiler]I think it's taking long because you need to do more in the game... But as far as the voice and the hair goes, hum, you've got 2 prime quality subjects that are inanimate and [spoiler]will no doubt let you temper with their hairdo/ take their voice....[/spoiler]

Only look if you're super desperate on who the 'female and male subjects' are....
