Title: Where do I go from here?
Post by: araigumabks on February 18, 2011, 10:49:16 PM
I have no idea what to do with my inventory of (water in the "animated cup" with legs), rotten tomato with Stick In The Mud, Seashell, and an overly-firm pea.

I am in the Dreamworld in the tower after unlocking the door.  The carriage is now gone. I will be grabbing the torch and freeing Valanice now. I will keep you posted.

What next?

I have no idea when the Arch Druid leaves (and what to do once he is gone), no idea how to get past the bad guy Northwest of the Druid Village, no idea how to get to the Isle of the Beast (dark), and no idea how to get to the Winged One's City.

I also have no idea what to do with my inventory of (water in the "animated cup" with legs), rotten tomato with Stick In The Mud, Seashell, overly-firm pea, and web-freed butterfly.

I already solved the guard dogs puzzle with
the meat tray from the kitchen placed on the bench near them
, took the tile, solved the Chessboard puzzle
which awakened the dying pea vine and added the pea to my inventory
, freed the rotten tomato & Stick in the Mud, the butterfly puzzles (catching it, then freeing the webs from it), talking to Cassima. talking to Shamir, talking to the pawn shop owner,
froze the baby tears with the frozen lettuce leaf in exchange for the web-off solution
, talking to the ironworks man,
reading the Four Winds newsletter and writing down the 12 Zodiac signs and their meanings
, talking to Jollo and the shopkeeper, read the book near the exit of the bookstore, and I already got the Nightshade flower (Episode 1).

What next?

You don't visit the Isle of the Beast in this episode. That isle is dark for a reason. Here's a little hint to help nudge you along.

have you read any books at the book shop lately?

you should have all you need (or shoudl be available to you) to get past the "bad guy Northwest of the Druid Village". Focus on that, that's definitely the next step for you.

see the MODIFIED post at the top please. 1040 PM PST FRIDAY, 2/18

You don't need to keep editing posts. You'd be helping your post count out by not doing so. Also, I forgot to mention this as well; you don't visit the Winged One's city in episode 3 either. You can only visit the Isle of the Crown, the Isle of the Mists, The Isle of Wonder and two screens on the Isle of the Sacred Mountain.

Why are you thinking about how to get the Arch druid to leave, if you know that he leaves you should also have read when he leaves. I think you are being confused by reading hints here and there. Have you made it past the guardian yet.

If you've read everything you can read on the Isle of the Crown, there are certain patterns you need to use to properly empower the items.

You don't light the candle in the dreamworld, just survive.

Out of the ground...where they first show up? You should be able to do that very easily.

I finished the entire game, Episode III, with the help of the forum AND SOLVING PUZZLES without help.  Please ask any questions you may have.  I will answer them as quickly as I can.
