This is actually really inventive although it makes you wonder how much free time people have hehe. I like it though, very pleasing :)
Your wondering about people that have too much free time? Id suggest you start interviewing the forumers here. Most of us seem to have an inordinate amount of "extra time." ::)
Incredible. As expected, I am indeed flabbergasted.
HAHAHAH WTF!?
alex where the hell you manage to find all this weirdness anyways ?! :P lol

I totally agree with Fatali. Most of
you seem to have too much free time on your hands. :P

Lol and what?? I wasn't saying anything about Say! I just think its a bit hypocritical to say about other people having free time when you have one of the highest post counts here.
Ahh... but CC has gotten 2000+ posts in something like a year+ of posting, while several of our new folks have racked up a large number of posts in a few months at most. ;)

HAHAHAHA OMG I've just seen what you mean! it was a pun! haha I guess your statement was right then if not a little confusing at first.
Don't worry about it Emu. I was the exact same way for the first 200 posts or so. After a while, you start finding things to reply to very easily -- meaningful or not.
Next thing you know, you're up there in the 1000's! ;D
Four days, Yonkey. Four days!
Alex...I'm shocked! I've surpassed you in posts! Didn't think that was possible...*sings* I'm moving on up...the post count
lol...ok, yes, I'm acting a little weird here...but it's from lack of sleep--exhaustion--I promise!
Cat
yeahh... great oracle is the best!! ; )
...ohhh well, I'm not posting crap because i need to increase my postcount... I'm just posting crap to... ehh... well... nevermind ...i'm sure my crap makes sense to someone ; )
so says the guy who's a magical genie...and some of your random posts do make at least a little bit of sense.
Cat
Lol I've been pretty away atm. Too much stuff going on. Usually I just glance through the topics that are at the top of the page and then have a look at any others that I remembered i posted in recently.

Only a year+? I thought I'd been posting a bit longer than that. :S
Well, your profile lists you as joining in March 2003, however it's possible that you had to reregister or something due to a previous forum mishap I don't know of.

I guess it all depends on what joining that date is referring too. With that I mean: joining
which forum. ::)
My profile says I've been here since February 2003... but I've been here way longer - my first post was on August 2002 ::)

How do you know when you made your first post? :o
I checked the date on the first post I ever made here. First I tried looking for it by displaying all the posts I ever made, and when that timed-out, I tried searching for all my posts that are older than 500 days - and there it was ;D
My first post was a MOE bashing BTW... how predictable ;P
Quote from: Storm on April 17, 2004, 07:27:31 PMI tried searching for all my posts that are older than 500 days - and there it was ;D
How do you go about doing that again ??? I seem to hit a snag when I leave the 'Search for'-field empty. :-\
use a '*' in the field (thnx again Neil ; )
Quote from: B'rrr on April 18, 2004, 10:43:12 AMuse a '*' in the field (thnx again Neil ; )
Tried that too. However, whatever number besides '0' I put in the days-field of the "Min Age since last post" section, I get nothing.
There must be something else I'm doing wrong. :-X
You don't have any posts older than 500 days, copycat. :P
I believe this (http://www.postudios.com/blog/forum/index.php?board=22;action=display;threadid=1;start=msg1162#msg1162) is your oldest post. 8)

According to the results I had, I didn't even have a post older than
1 day! :o

My memory might not be top-notch, but that is
not THE first post I wrote at my first KQ IX-forum.

Most likely it's not, but it's the oldest one we have in
these archives. :D

In any case, that
still doesn't explain how Storm got her 500 days. :-\
This was the criteria I used:
Search for: *, by User: Storm, Search for topics posted in by someone,
Check all, (obviously it would be in the Archive forums, but it organizes that page weird so it's hard to tell which are which)
Min age: 500 days, Max age: 9999 days
12 results found !!!
And yeah I know, it's way easier to do as a query in SQL but oh well. ::)
lol, so can we have a textfield where we can type our own queries in?? lol, could be great (and powerfull) ...but we need to know the names of the tables and fields and such :suffer: ; )
Oh crap, Jeysie's right. It takes * as a literal instead of a wildcard. :-\
I suggest using a . as the keyword instead. :)

I've got way more than 12 posts older than 500 days. I've tried using "*", but it's not a wildcard, so I used "e" - as Jeysie mentioned somewhere, almost every post has that letter ;)
Not very long ago I could still display all my posts... it would take forever but load eventually :-\

Sure I do, I even got two. 8) Use the same query as you did with Storm, but use
my username instead.
November 03, 2002!Storm has more than 50 posts older than 500 days. :o
Yeah, I just realised after Jeysie mentioned it, that * isn't a wildcard. You can't even do wildcard searches, though it seems to invisibly tag them onto the beginning and end of the search string. As I said, I suggest using . as the search term, instead of any letter, but if you've made posts without the use of a period, it won't catch those either. :-\
So, consider the inabillity to do wildcard searches as a forum bug, that I'll fix at some point in the future. *goes to report it* ;P

/me wonders if there are posts without the use of a period.
Well, at least I know
I don't make posts without the use of a period.
I'm pretty sure I've done some. I've made posts with just emoticons, and I had made one today with just a comma and exclamation mark as the only punctuation, lol. ;D
Quote from: Yonkey on April 20, 2004, 02:56:43 PMI've made posts with just emoticons
Oh yeah,
those, there are a few of mine inthere too. ::)
There are lots of posts that don't have dots in them - I don't use a dot when I end a sentence with an emoticon 8)

I think you purposely put a '-' between those sentences to not have a period in that post.
You got me there, CC ;)
That post was meant to demostrate my ability to post without using dots :P
