I actually really needed help on this one too. Luckily people on this forum ROCK. If you hit the tile in your inventory it switches the color. (depending on which colour the piece is on you need a difference tile colour to block it). Look back over past posts for detailed info but a word to the wise....to block the last white chess piece you need to lay the tile before you 'take' the last shell. If you attempt to lay a tile after the last white piece already has the shell it will keep moving before you can lay the tile down. Very frusterating. Good luck! :)
