Hi all,
I've done this stupid arcade thing about a dozen times and can't get my mouse on the jump icon. When I put it on the jump thingy my cursor is a crown and by the time it turns to the two shoes the jump icon disappears and I die. I've put the cursor where I know the jump icon is going to be but it won't turn to the feet in time for me to click on it. Frustrated beyond frustration.
You're not supposed to wait for it to turn into feet, click while it actually IS the "Jump" icon to jump.
I don't think you understood. I click on the icon while it says jump but nothing happens. My cursor is a crown and the game it won't react while the cursor is a crown. When the cursor becomes feet or walk or whatever the jump icon disappears. I can't catch an active cursor before the jump icon disappears.
Right - Graham doesn't jump until he's ready, just keep the cursor down along the ground area and it will turn into the Jump icon for several seconds before the carriage goes over the cliff. You don't want a walk icon, if you wait for that it's too late. May be helpful to just click a bunch along that area in case your computer is missing the switch back for some reason.
Thank you so much I finally got it. I was clicking on the wrong part of the screen. When you told me to click on the ground then Graham did his thing.

So the icon on my computer never changes off of a crown. Is it just too slow? Or is there a specific place on the screen the icon has to be?
