I only know of one person with paint. he isnt very nice and has wings. i got him to paint a picture for me but thats all. So i need help finding someone with white paint. I also have all 4 instruments the king (not painted or animated) a paint brush Bloody rose. I have no idea what to do with the instruments or were to get the flower. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, regarding the instruments, [spoiler]did you have a CLOSE look at the place where the one with paint is? There is a building with VERY expolicit hint. Also, investigate more closely the preceeding screen where you;re flying. It should give you an idea what purpose this may have; also if you have all FOUR instruments, it means you have already been given some pointers by some inspiring people.
From that main screen before you enter the plaza, you can go to one more area...[/spoiler]
