I can't find anywhere to get the quest. I've:

[spoiler]Gotten all 4 instruments, got the rose (can't find the blood), and got the golden fruit.[/spoiler]

You "get" the quest the only place in the Green Isles where a White King would even be practical. (Did I really just use the word "practical" to describe that island??)
