I'm stuck in the beasts castle where you use the gem on the painting, when I do I go outside with the princess and my computr keeps saying the silver lining needs to close... is this normal? >:( ??? :'(
Try lowering all the game's graphics settings as much as possible and also even try turning off the audio subtitles for this part - that's actually helped some people too.
I wouldn't call the game crashing "normal," though it does still happen a lot more than we would like. :-\
