Title: Episode 3 red checker won't move

Is there something I need to do to trigger it to move, or is it glitched?  Thanks for any help!

The one that stole the seashell?  Are you at the chessboard trying to get it back now?

Right when I get off the vote at the Wonder Isle and hook a right, there's one red check piece just sitting there.  When I go to the board itself, there is nothing there.  Am I missing something to figure out where the seashell is?

Wait a tic!  I finally found the seashell!  I need new eyes!
