Title: Memory Card
Post by: amoline on November 05, 2012, 05:08:18 PM
Hello,

So, I'm in Longmore's apartment. I've opened the safe, but I have yet to find a memory card. And I'm stuck over what to do next... I've gone to every location several times over and tried just about everything I can think of to advance... but I'm truly stuck. xD

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Have you combined all those pieces of the Le Pendu together?

I've already combined what I have, but I'm pretty sure that there's still a piece missing.

What pieces have you gotten so far?

Let's see.. I have the base together as well as the section that holds the noose. When I look at the item, it also says that it's only partly assembled.

Ah, you have more work to do with Sully in Antony's apartment then.

 Hello !

I'm also looking for this memory card but with le pendu complete. Erica don't ask anything about it to anyone, there is just Sully commenting about how weird the memory card reader is.
I fail to see what I'm missing, I've done the graveyard, the regression interrogation, the post office, i just have a problem with the code on le pendu, can't find a clue about that. Is there a little hint you could give me ?

Erica already made her explanation about the crimes even before i checked the computer, is there a bug by doing it that way ?

After putting the Le Pendu together, have you solved the puzzle in the closeup of it?

If this puzzle is about the code to find with the letters, no i don't find it. Nobody talk about it or react with the completed pendu.  I suppose i can find the right code by testing everything but i imagine there's a solution somewhere. For now i just used the key on it.

So that means i have to resolve my pendu problem to resolve my memory card problem ? So i will try again in that direction. Thank you.

Note that you won't get the solution to that puzzle by using the Le Pendu on anyone, but at this point in the game I'm certain you've seen the solution at least once or twice.

Well, i didn't expected the raw solution by a character but perhaps a clue or an idea of what i have to find. When there are no reactions at all, i usually think there is something else to unlock before or that something is going wrong.
I will search again later and I will think about your hint. Thanks.  :)

Have you gotten onto the computer in Longmore's apartment yet? The solution is there, before it asks for the memory card.

Yeah the answer is definitely somewhere in the apartment. Make sure to pay attention to what the message on the antique is asking you.

Off course, yes ! It make sense but i was totally searching on the wrong directions.
Yes, I used the computer, this is how i was asked to bring a memory card. I don't remember if i can go back to that screen before the memory card one. Will see when i play again. But i know what i missed.
Thank you.

Edit : Great, it worked. Finally , it was straightforward and i had all the elements in hand, i don't understand how i did'nt succeed without hints. It's not surprising there wasn't any additionnal clue for that.
    Excellent episode by the way.
