Title: A little help

I'm not sure where in the Cognition section to ask this....I had the game installed on my laptop, but to fix the multiple issues my computer was having, I had to do a full OS restore, thus wiping my harddrive.  Will I have to pay for the game a second time or is it kinda like GOG where once it's paid for, it's forever bought?

You should be able to download it again from wherever you got it originally without any problems. If you run into any issues, contact that site's customer support with your receipt information from your purchase.

Hope everything runs smoothly this time!

I meant to thank you when you replied, Katie :) So thanks.  The one I'd gotten it from was Rain, and I did email them, but so far, no reply.  I'm hoping they reply soon, I miss the game

Were you not able to just download it again from their site? I assume they must have sent you a download link when you first got the game--I *think* that one should still work.

I did find it in the confirmation email, but it won't let me redownload.  When I go to the link and click the download button I get this:

No, and believe me, I've  checked my inbox and even spam many times in the last 2 days.  It saddens me.  My hope was after reinstalling all of my programs, and resetting all of the stones in my desktop dock (Krento is totally awesome), I would replay Cognition.  I have most of my stuff reinstalled, working on the last 7 games of Nancy Drew then I'll be ready to add all my stones to my Krento, but no, I haven't gotten any response

We'll look into it on our side, too, Jen. Can you PM your receipt number to me? Maybe we can get this moving, you obviously SHOULD be able to get the game again.

And let me know if it was for the Mac or PC, too.
