This is about MSN and Yahoo Instant Messenger, since I dont want this to become who is the best or who sucks due technical reasons more than user preference, please let's limitate the tech commentary to less as possible because I want -everyone- to feel free to comment even if you know peanuts about it, for example let's begin.

I much prefer yahoo but not many people use it. Like the way you can send an IM wether or not someones online so when they log they get it. And also I like the way that you can have your cam on and not have to invite people to view or vice versa. Just little things like that make all the difference.
The only redeeming factor of MSN is Messenger plus which adds a whole new level of functions to MSN making it near IRC like.
EDIT: OH and also yahoo has the new radio feature too, which has some really cool stations on it.
Im kind of YIM addicted now, I really really like it, do you have your avatar done yet?! :)

well... this is going to be like "The YIM Ad thread :P" but hahaha honestly, if you dont have it, at least give it a try (if possible) its somehow better than MSN in many user/interface features, it even has launch yahoo! you can listen to radio and everything, it's really neat.
I might try it, but first I'm going to look for an alternative. I don't plan on trying it, until I buy/find/borrow a new modem.

Well, I can't blame you guys for that...when we were on the mission trip and got stranded w/ a flat tire (which, actually, was where we were eating supper...which was right next to a mall), my friends and I went into a store in the mall...Maurice's. Found some CUTE halter top dresses...but too tight on the hips (they'd actually run out of my size, so I was trying on a smaller size to see how the halter looked). I liked what I saw...now just have to find the right size! lol
Ok...now back onto avatars...anyone have any new ones you'd like to post?

CC's even more stubborn/obstinate than I am... I admire that in an odd sort of way.
At any rate... if I ever felt inspired to get a YIM account I'd just use Trillian anyway, so avatars matter to me little. ;)
