I have a question about the season upgrade item in the store. It mentions "Season Upgrade" as well as "Episodes 2-4". Traditionnally, for a customer to be able to buy a season upgrade, he must have bought the game on the same website (so I would have to buy the first episode 1 before being able to buy the season upgrade). However, as "Episodes 2-4" are already mentionned, am I right in saying that I can buy that upgrade here although I got the first episode elsewhere ?
Any other precisions ?

You can. :) The season upgrade is just for episodes 2-4 and just gives you a download link to episode 2 (with the others presumably following when they've been released).

Some other questions:
- I guess this is DRM-free. Is it ?
- Is it a permanent download link or does is expire sometimes (Digital River anyone ?) ?
- I got the first episode through IndieGameStand (I was planning to buy it anyway, so I took the opportunity offered) with the soundtrack and the comics. Is the soundtrack the same as the one sold on this website or is it only the soundtrack of the first episode while the one on your website includes the soundtrack of all episodes ?

- Yes the game is DRM free :)
- The link you are emailed with download info should be a permanent link for you.
- Same soundtrack, yes. Eventually we'll release a Volume 2, but that'll be after we've got all the music for the game in, so it will cover Episodes 2-4.

I bought the season upgrade for Mac, but there's no download link for Episode 2 in the mail. My account lists the upgrade as "Paid" and "Unfulfilled". Did some mail get stuck? Or how does it go?

Well. I had to buy the upgrade. I installed episode 1 last week and did not start it yet (was waiting to complete Syndicate, The Blackwell Legacy and Splinter Cell: Conviction but there is still one to go). And now, what did I find in my e-mails ? A discount code for the season upgrade ? Well, I bought it.

I got the reed upgrade back in May but lost the link for it. When I sign in it shows that I got it but takes me to the get it/ pay for it page. I sent an email to support with my order number. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

As for the steam keys, if you purchase Cognition through the Phoenix Online Store please forward your receipt to support@postudios.com and we'll provide you with one.
