On the store, from the page with the things I've brought from the Phoenix Online Store, the link to "Cognition - Season Pass - Episode 1-4 - PC Version" 404s.
Which link exactly are you trying? Both Shopify and SendOwl are third party websites, though the store.postudios.com website (which is hosted by Shopify) seems to be fine. Are you saying that the SendOwl link you got in an email goes nowhere? You might want to try again in an hour. If it's the store itself and you weren't able to check out, just try again soon.
I'm talking about the "Order <number>" page on the Phoenix store itself (the one which you get access to from "My Account").

Click the order link. The Cognition season pass link is http://store.postudios.com/products/cognition-s1-season-pass which gives a 404.

OH! Yeah, the old product got revamped into a different product, but your original order is still in the system with the old download link still valid. Apologies for the confusion. If you need us to trigger a resend for the download link we can do that.
