In the cutscenes, Malachi's model is beautiful. As soon as you get into the game, however, his shoulders suddenly become a T-shape, parallel to the floor and at right angles to his spine. His arms become sausages with little shaping, his thighs are too thin ... meh. Compare Malachi-in-cutscene to Malachi-in-game, and it's painful.
I hope this is a demo-only issue, and will be corrected.
We actually used the exact same model for both cutscenes and gameplay, the cutscenes are just captured into video. As this isn't a thread dealing with a specific bug that can be addressed, I'm closing it.
