I got an email announcing the release of the game, along with a code for 50% off. But when I entered the code at checkout, I got this message: "The checkout does not meet the requirements set by the shop for this discount". Anyone know why? I emailed customer support as well and am waiting to hear back.
I got an answer from customer support. They said that code is for all NON-GK games. It doesn't say that in the email at all though.
