So I got the message that there was an update; started the downloaded and left to go celebrate Thanksgiving. Came back 2 hours later and it said it had 11 minutes to go (Mac version had downloaded 688MB, PC version was at 675MB). I thought it was odd, since I have high speed internet - it definitely should not have taken more than 2 hours! Shouldn't have even taken 5 minutes!
So I launch the downloads again; and sure enough zips to the same exact spot (688MB on Mac, 675 for PC) - and then stops and says "11 minutes left"... I have now watched it for 30 minutes, and not seen the amount move at all. (Tested other downloads - downloaded stuff from my NeverendingNights.com site - which include 1.5GB files; those zipped through! No problem! While the Moebius downloads haven't even moved...)
Anyone else experiencing this?
I have already cancelled it once (from the initial time) and initiated another download (the above post), which now has me at 9 more download attempts now. Afraid to try to cancel it again, because I am going to end up chewing through my 10 downloads.
And even while typing all of this - it's STILL not moved (but clearly have a functioning internet if I am able to post, upload, download, elsewhere).
And now they show as "failed."

Very strange. Try using a different browser and/or turning off your antivirus to see if that helps. Also, make sure you aren't using a third party download manager.
Also you may want to delete the initial files and do a fresh download, because it sounds like it's trying to autocomplete a file that now has a different size. Did you originally attempt to download over the old installer files?
If you need the download limit reset at any time, let us know and I can easily reset it for you.

Tried it with Firefox (my default), as well as IE. Both, strangely hung in the same exact spot.
I can check to see if the antivirus for some reason would be impacting this (it hasn't for previous downloads - like for GK and previous Moebius stuff!) But it won't hurt to try! And not using any third party - and Firefox deletes the files it was downloading when you close the browser. :)
So giving it another swing right now! Will report back in!
Well, I forgot to turn off the antivirus ... and yet it completed. Weird. So something was up with that day for me apparently for stuff from the site. (Even though other sites worked fine). So no idea what caused it; but the files downloaded successfully last night! Thank you all!
