you whacked me really hard :'(, it felt like being slammed into a wall of bricks :'(
If someone says that about being whacked by a roll of newspaper, they evidently have never been "properly introduced" to a wall of bricks.
Not the same thing, man. This, I can assure you. :D
:'( :'( :'( well I haven't been wacked with a newspaper... te wall on the other hand :'( :'(
I have been slammed into a wall and i know what it feels like :-\, but i had to exagerate about being hit with the poll ;D, i want Storm to be a patient in the asylum :D, but i must admit i was badly injured after being slammed into the wall :'(
*huggles Jason* :-[
well it was a few years ago now, but i will still accept the hug :D
*hugz back* ;)
Yeah...walls. Like them because they help keep the roof up, hate them because they beat the crap out of me. :D
Walls are no where near as bad as doors when it comes to beating the crap out of me.
And they're such a complicated piece of technology too. I seem to have trouble working them. :(
I am fragile :(
Floors. That's the third trouble maker for me. The way they jump out at you and pull you down.....trying to eat you.....
I mean, that *must* be what happens, right? No way I'm that clutzy...
Ooooh...for some reason I forgot what reminded me of floors. It was your stairs, Jeysie! I have an RL friend who almost has made an art of falling up stairs...
The wall that attacked me was brick :'(, i was badly injured after it :'(, i dont wanna talk about it either :-\

You don't have to spread lies, racx... I'll come visit more often ;)
Thanks Storm thats all i wanted to hear ;B
I've had some unfortunate contacts with the ground, no floor, no stairs, no walls, just the ground. Three fractures (not at the same time ofcourse). I can safely say I'm an expert at bone-fractures now, and how much they hurt. 8)
ugh :(
*hugz carefully*
with me, its door frames i misjudged and walk into them..also the actual doors themselves. and sometimes when im running i bash into things coz im goin too fast and misjudge where the end of the unit is, for example, ow my poor hip!
i always find bruises on my legs...but i dunno where from :S
i caught my toe on the corner of the wall :-\, completely snapped it :'(
a little diagram to explain better:

broken toe
:X omg painful
well a few years ago i had no shoes on outside and i stubbed my toe and the nail came out and i hopped around in pain and julie was about to get my mum, but i made her tidy up before bringing my mum out lol
Oh yeah, I also once had a deep cut in my thumb, due to the fact the tumb was in the wrong place at the wrong time (when I closed a small shotgun at the local fair).
Also, I tend to cut corners when I'm walking, so I occasionally walk into furniture too. :-\
BTW, the walls and furniture in the Asylum (to keep somewhat on topic) are ofcourse especially designed so as to not hurt the patients when they walk into them. 8)
i never pay attention to where I walk ; \ so i runned into barbed wire, 3 times!! (at 3 different occasions/locations) ...it kinda hurt ; (

I stumble down steps I didn't see coming, I hit small poles erected on the street but which are not high enough for me to see them when I am not paying a lot of attention to the road ahead of me and only glance
straight ahead. However, I usually know the location of barbed wire long before I get into its vicinity (?sp), so IIRC I've never
ran into them. I've been stuck some times in barbed wire, with my clothes that is.
There's no barbed wire in the Asylum.
yeah.. if i know it's there i wouldn't run into it (i think) but on all occasions i was racing someone and i just run and don't look carefully :-\
i only noticed it when it was too late to stop... or when i was lying on the ground, wrapped up :'( ...o well, that was a long time ago :-\

:o :o
IM GLAD SUM1 ELSE HAS DONE THIS AND IT WASNT JUST ME!
i was on holiday in austria (dya know im sure i hav put this somewhere else, if hav just delete this)
anyway as a small child who loved play areas on top of grassy hills, i was running like in the sound of music with the wind in my hair and i saw a light...i saw a heavenly play area on top of that hill so i ran...and i ran, i did not hear my mother shout *KIM* until it was the last minute...splat. yes well done tiny kim u ran into a barbed wire fence, even tho the sun had blinded you ::) idiot.
it was rather painful, lots of nice cuts and blood (just like me with the razor last night, oh btw alex i still hav that dent in my knee but its not grey anymore)
also on this holiday i decided to slam a metal slidey door over my toe...roll over in bed and slight right by my eye, mum to my mums horror wen i suddenly screamed the hotel down!
and that was my painful advernture to austria!
hey bob, im glad u provide padding in this asylum[/glow]
hahahha, I guess every barbed wire thing need a sign like that ;-D
we need to set up a campaign ;P
the *save kim and rob from barbed wire incidents* campaign
hahahaha, that is a great idea ;-D
I am fragile :(
I've ran into walls(full speed), barbed-wire(true pain), concrete roads(yes, ran into), and trees(surrounded by them, it's not so strange to forget about one, right?).
omg this thread has been dug up from the days of may!
Hows the dent healing up then kimwah?
I remember i had an experience like kimmehs toe instance but it was my big toe and it wouldnt stop bleeding for about an hour :X
Then there was this one time, at band camp in the bath when i got my little toe caught in the plug hole and the water just started going red like in jaws or something...I hate toes :'(
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw poor u!
oh the dent...well its now been replaced by the bruises u saw the other day :suffer:

:o ::)
How did you little toe end up near the plug hole?
his name is alex, he attract danger
Quote from: Kimmie on August 15, 2004, 02:17:49 PMhis name is alex, he attract danger
That doesn't necessarily mean the danger is attracted to his little toe. :P
Poor Alex. How's the little toe doing?? :P And I had no clue you were at band camp! Coolio!
i'd rather be at a camp band camp it would be more fun ;D
All I know is that in my senior year (after I moved) the band went away to a college for band camp. That was my favoritest band camp ever! It was SO much fun and I got to meet so many people (remember, we had just moved, so I had no friends), and I got to be a flaglet again! *sigh* the good ol' days.
Ehehe. Band camp. :D
I hope you're not making fun of band camp...it was fun and I was NOT corrupted during it!

Strange, I just googled 'flaglet' and I get:
Quoteflaglet -> flag -> banner -> signboard
Flaglet is the name that the flags/color guard of my high school band calls themselves. I loved being a flaglet!
Quote from: koko_99_2001 on August 20, 2004, 07:29:14 PMFlaglet is the name that the flags/color guard of my high school band calls themselves.
Why'd they name themselves after what the flag itself is called? XB
It's either flag corp or color guard...but it would be shortened to flags. The band director started calling us flaglets, and the name stuck.
