Unless you've got a hacked version of Windows(or chose not to install paint somehow), it should be there.

Start
Programs
Accessories
Paint

I know I had the hardest time finding paint the first time.  In fact, I was positive that my computer didn't have it until one day I right-clicked to edit, and it sent it to paint!  I was like "whoo hoo!"...so anyway, now I found paint and LOVE IT!

Bleh. I sometimes use Paint for cropping when I just need a quick n' dirty crop done, but it's even more awkward than Irfanview... having to select everything, move it up and left off-screen to just the right starter spot, fiddle with calculating the attributes...

I'm lucky to have iPhoto to work with. ;) There, when you choose Crop, it gives you a starter crop selection. You center the selection where you need it, then move each side of the selection out to just the right spot, zooming in if necessary. Then you crop it. Easy to be precise. :)

Peace & Luv, Liz

I love paint only because that's what I started with in Windows 3.1.  I now have a program I was told about GIMP.  I am SO learning it...but I have figured out how to blur pictures...AWESOME.

MS Paint sucks. And it's especially horrible if you're already used to something normal :P

It makes it MUCH easier to use.

I should point out, if you ask me for help/tips, I'm not very good with it. Although, I'm better with it, than Paint Shop Pro.

I use Paint because it installs with Windows :D, I have picture it publishing but that involves me getting up grabbing another CD and then waiting 5 minutes for it to install :-\ :'(

I'll have to get the time to download the help tips and then work on it...but that time isn't just yet!
