I said that it depends...first was going to say that it would be bad.  But then if we got someone on who was spamming the forum and wasn't contributing anything, then that's when a restraint might need to be put on.

I don't really care! XD  Actually, I think there is a post restraint right now on how quick u can post, but I've never hit that myself.  Usually people that try spamming get their posts deleted anyway. :P

I give it a big, fat, chunky "Meh".  ::)

Depends on the reasons. I myself haven't had problems with the current posting restrictions, only when I occasionally forgot to post a reply and quickly post if after another I can run into it, so obviously that's not a time when I want it to be there.

Yes, most definitely. ;P

Yeah, no limits on how many per minute, just how many per day. That way the lurkers can catch up on their reading. ;)

Depends on how high you set the post limit. If it's at 1000/day, I don't think anything will change.

I'd say 200 a day would be reasonable. ;)

Sometimes I find the forums really slow and I have to wait longer to post  :-\. Could this be due to everyone frantically posting at once?

It because of the time differences :-\, most people post more in the evening which means us Australians have to wait until early hours of the morning to see a flow of posts ;(
