I always loved turning taps on in Adelaide!  hahaha
Instead of water it was always more of a brown sludge....   ;D

But yeah, I prefer Cold weather too. Except, cold in Canberra is below 0...  ;)
Cold in Adelaide is 10 c ...    :)

Yeah, those water restrictions suck ass...
I think the only place that wouldn't have them right now are the flooded areas of QLD!   :suffer:

Now they reckon if the heat keeps rising in SA animals are gonna start to die off along with plants aswell :-\

So its spring now in Adelaide, with summer in december  >:(, and we have rain tonight  :D with 15' degrees (celcius) Now thats Adelaide for you...........

You wouldnt happen to know which is the coldest city during summer?

I was just telling Jason...I was at work yesterday and two Australian girls come in.  We got to talking and they're from Canberra.  They're here because they're playing tennis for our school.

No reason for posting that, except I found it interesting.

We had a German Girl stay with us for 3 months... we took her to see some kangaroos...
She walked right up and fed one that had a joey!
We were all like 'Why isn't this kangaroo kicking her to shreds?'...

Very odd for a mother roo to let you walk up and pat/feed her!   :o

 I was telling Cat a while ago, we have 8 out of the 10 most poisonous snakes in the world  :o........yet im yet to see one in the wild :suffer:

I've only seen Reb Belly Blacks and Brown snakes, which are pretty tough... but that's about all.   :-\

Though, I've had a few run ins with Funnel-Webs and Red Backs!  LOL!   :o

I don't think we have Funnel-Webs down here but we definitely have Red Backs :-\, we also have the deadly White Tips :-\

I hear the only way they get rid of the yeast left over from beer production is to trick tourists into buying it.... ;) My dad got some of that when he went to Australia and it was nasty.  :X

It's working its way through NSW and is expected to wipe out 25% of grain supplies  :o

For those who don't know, NSW (New South Wales) is a state in Australia. It's capital city is Sydney, where the 2000 olympics were held  :D
