Hey everyone,

I have no idea what happened to the forum.  Everything was fine upto about midnight last night.  Today, it's like we lost a whole day's worth of posts.  :'(  I've e-mailed the tech support to ask what happened and if we can recover them, but so far no response.  :-\

Update: they now said they will try to restore the database.  Hang on! :P

Yay!  That's good to know!

On top of the missing posts, just wanted to say that email notification isn't working.  But I'm sure that once everything gets straightened out, everything will be back to normal.  Thanks Neil!

EDIT: just wanted to say that I just had to change my time back to "-1" to get the times right again.  Could this mean that the forum's on it's way to getting back to normal? XD

Well, it turns out "we didn't make backup of accounts on this server yesterday. Please take our apologize for the inconveniences.".  >:(

Besides the forums losing a day's worth of data, e-mails aren't working and the private team site isn't working either. :furious:

I told them to please inform be in advance before they do any maintenance on our server in the future.  Hopefully they'll do that.  ::)

We lost all our posts yesterday :'(  How can they not backup everything if they're going to do maintenance??


BTW, Neil mentioned something about the email and stuff being messed up also.  I'm wondering if it's backed up like one of the times the forum went down...and you end up with fifty or more email notifications in the inbox... :P  (I think last time, I ended up with about 100 or so)

It's not as bad as the Summer of Lost Posts. ;)
