Awwww thats really nice muzak. TBH though I think it sounds a little out of place for Chrono Trigger in the sense it doesnt quite gel with the feel of all the other pieces.
One game that it does scream to me though is Seiken Dentsu 3 (Secret of mana 2 in the US?) which was an incredibly great game. It had quite alot of music with this feel to it but I cant remember if it was this EXACT piece...
I have played that game as well but I doubt it was there. I think I actually heard it used in a PC game once... :o
Perhaps The Incredible Machine? I know they use music from other places, and I remember it having one song I particularly liked and played a lot... can't remmeber which it was though.
