Are you using Windows XP, Homestar?  Do you see a little Java coffee cup appear near the Windows clock when you access Chamber?

He managed to make it into chamber about half an hour back. Java's obviously slowing his computer, so I again suggest IRC  :)

Title: Re:Java help??
Post by: Louisiana Night on March 19, 2005, 12:44:07 PM
Internet browser. Since you didn't know what I meant by that, I should assume you use Internet Explorer? :P

I just thought if you used something besides Internet Explorer, that might have been part of your problem.

If it says you already have it, you can try removing it from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, then re-installing the Offline Installation.

Title: Re:Java help??

Nope. :-\ If you re-installed it and it still doesn't work, I have no idea.  Maybe your IE security settings or firewall disabled Java?

Do you get the security warning that pops up when you open Chamber?
