We need some spoiler tags in the forum really...would solve the problem very nicely ESPECIALLY when the game is released. lets try something...
Spoiler tag
Spoiler tag
I was actually thinking about how to make a kewl Spoiler tag a few days ago. :P
In another forum i go to, the spoiler tag button actually makes the writing match the background exactly so you drag your mouse over it to see...
I've seen that one, but I'd rather make something cooler... XD
Ooooo, i look forward to it!
;D
I won't add the tag to this forum, but definitely to the new version of the forum (which I plan on doing next month for sure). XD

Do you mean next month, or NEXT next month? ;P
(Just kidding. Uh, take your time. Don't look at me like that...ACK! RUN AWAY! :o )

Next next month (September) I won't have any time at all to do it, so it has to be during August. :P
Well, it's not
exactly like I wanted it, but maybe I'll work on it more later on. Anyway we now have a spoiler tag! XD
[spoiler]
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! ;D

And this works with img and quote tags too:

[spoiler] Too cool! I like it! :D[/spoiler]
There we go! It now works with more than one spoiler on the same page! :)
It's still kinda odd that you reveal all spoilers at the same time, but it's way more complicated to fix that, so I might just leave it.Â
It's kinda hard to be reading more than one post at a time anyway. ;P
I tried it with slightly dated versions of Opera, Firefox, Mozilla, and IE. IE is the only one that worked correctly.
I'll update my browsers and see if that fixes it. :-\
The same problem I was having with IE not being able to detect multiple spoilers per page is happening with those other browsers. I'll see if I can fix that.
I'm using IE (v.6, SP1) and still can't read the spoiler tag :(
The status bar show 'Error on page' (not a very rare thing), and no amont of mouse clicking/hovering would cause the text to reveal...
The only way to see it is to quote the message :P
I used to be able to read it. Maybe in an attempt to fix it, Neil broke it. :P
LOL, yes. I can get it working with IE, but I'd rather get it to work with everything. I should actually mention that it works with any browser (well, any browser newer than 1997 XD) when there is only one spoiler on a page, but rather than getting something that half-works, I'm trying to fix properly.
By that I mean I can get all spoilers to reveal at once with IE, but that's kinda silly, so I'd rather leave it busted until I can get them to reveal individually with all browsers. :)
Wow thats a pretty nifty spoiler tag! I'm very impressed indeed :)
Thanks! :)
Sorry I haven't been able to get it to work properly yet when there's more than one on a page. This'll be on my To Do list once I get the 'net again. :P
The Spoiler tag now works! XDÂ I still might improve on the look a bit more, but at least it's working. :)

Now, instead of being mean to newbies, and just giving them :suffer: s for answers, we can do this. ;P
[spoiler]:suffer:[/spoiler]
Yes, that's MUCH nicer. :P

(Don't mind me, just testing what quoting a spoiler does. :P
