Title: Things I've Learned While Reading Old Haven Threads
Post by: Rosella on September 04, 2005, 08:55:55 PM
Well, I decided to read all of the threads in Haven starting with the last page, and it was very educational. :P There was no real reason, so there's no more need for elaboration. So, here's my list of Things I Learned While Reading Old Haven Threads!

1: It's fun XD
2: Making threads about getting a new rank was normal
3: Things got off topic a lot more XD

I have over 250 posts!  lol...nowhere near anyone else!  Congrats Mango!  Thought I'd throw in my two cents and a mango...CATCH!

Cat
Cat wasn't always Supreme Postress :P

Many of the posting sprees seem to me to be "chatting" between two or three people. You know, it might be kind of cool in those cases to have an easily accessible place where everyone can gather to chat... you know, kind of like the #kq9 channel on irc.freenode.net that Emmett registered. ;) (nudge, nudge) (Well, assuming it didn't get ditched because nobody has been using it, AFAIK... :P )

Peace & Luv, Liz

Chamber didn't always have a name XD
6: The Questions and Suggestions part of the forum was a suggestion (By Jason.) XD
7: Mango is Roberta. ;P
8: Neil's great-great-grandmother is NOT in the KQIX plot. XD
9: CC made grammatical errors that are driving me insane. :P
10: Alex was in a boyband ???
11: I almost saw a movie mentioned in a thread! XD
Quote from: Jeysie on April 14, 2004, 02:46:09 PM
Argh, I was thinking of "First Knight". :P

Peace & Luv, Liz
12: Lots o' double posting
13: An A-level is an uber super ultra mega hyper EVIL final XD
14: XD OB mentioned Djibouti. XD *has memories of French projects*
15: CC's rich? Wha? XD

Of course, I've only read the threads on pages 24, 25, and 26, so they'll be more. I encourage other people to read these threads, or relive the memories! ;D If you are ever extremely bored, this helps. XD

Hehe. Geography class was fun, if only for learning really weird names for countries... Luxembourg and Djibouti are the smallest I've seen so far. XD

We just had to do a project on a francophone country. I was the last one to choose a country and there were barely any left. XD

-Food fights are very, VERY risky.
-Boulders rock. :P
-Mango is INSANE
-The Ocean of Metaphors is fun! :D
-Manpurses are evil in it's evilest form. :S
-Swift learned everything she knows about posting here. ;P
-Ganging up on other players and double-crossing team members are both highly recommended
-Mangos deserve rights too! >:(
-Make sure to read the fineprint on Magic Lamps
-Fire breathing pumpkins aren't fire hazards. :P
-Cats can be bats can be rats can be hats can be gnats can be thats can be thises.
-Doors can be boars can be snores can be floors can be roars can be spores can be yours can be mine
-Mango is ROBERTA

Indeed, in my young(er) days I was ranked better than this. Ofcourse, there were also less members to begin/compete with. :-\

I may think in English more than 50% of the time, but it's not 100%.

Most of my riches are tied up somewhere though, so I can't access them right now without losing some of its value. 8)

My contribution: Mango THOUGHT SHE WAS Roberta. :scholar:

New stuff ;P

16: I'm not as original as I claim to be. XD
17: CC doesn't have a middle name?
18: Jason hit Say with a hammer! :o
19: Cat's b-day is May 14. I think that's kind of a forget it and die thing. :P
20: IRRC (If Rob Recalls Correctly ;P) there was another trial on the forum.
21: AFF was invented by Say? XD
22: Oddly enough, after Cat's birthday, there's kq9.org's b-day on the 15th and then Neil's on the 16th. All these May peoples. XD
23: Lots of cookiehs...

26: As of May 28th, 2004, we had no Irish forum members.

Furthermore, all this mango-loving and this type of action is clearly a case of delusional behavior so...

CC puts racx_00 back into the Asylum.
:o Jason was fired due to protecting mangos!?

a) I'm still male, so postress is rather unattainable for me.
b) I have never been supreme poster, not even in my early days. IIRC my best position would have been 4th.
My funds are not locked away, they're just not easily accessible. And besides that even I don't know the exact value of my funds, due to the vast efforts I made to spread them out as wide as I could.  8)

Okay, so maybe I just want to duct tape someone to something and it seemed like a good excuse....
You might want to keep duct tape away from Q too. :P
36: The KQIX forums died once and everyone kinda migrated to AGDI. :P
37: Jason typed out "Louisiana Night" once. :P
38: Despite Rob's best attempts to not pass Jason (even though he kinda wanted to,) he did. However, since Say isn't #1 anymore, and the whole posting ranks have pretty much turned upside-down, it's even worse for him. Maybe that's part of why he left. :P

How come you didn't register as "The Knight"? ???
