Can anybody tell me how you can have a Picture Signature? Do you need to be a certain rank to do this?

You just type this, and put the image link in it.

[ img ] [ /img ] (take out the spaces)

Just use common sense when using it(keep it small). ;)

Umm does it have to be from the internet because it always puts an http before it and the picture is coming from my computer.

Yes, it needs to be from the internet.

Most people just attach the image in the forum, and link to the attached pic. :P
