For a title:
You need to be nominated by someone and the reasons given by the person that nominated you.
Racx will get he Empress title, because he has two nominee's my reason being that he never got the Queen title so he decided to go for Empress. He is the only one who expressed a desire to become an Empress, therefore I see no reason not to give it to him.

i want to be a evil one so i should be a dark knight or something like that
Dark knight goes with Knight. I just put down most of the real titles so you can choose from them. Although you might want to go with black-knight/dark-knight instead. Who nominated you?

I know. Kinght's just there and you can make your own combinations.
Knight's just there to give you the real title and you can then add on to it.
