I still don't know when myself. I think it'll either be January or February 2004.
If February, I'm hoping it will be during Feb 23-27 cuz that's when I get a week off of school and might be able to come down there!

Hmm. I hope you guys decide soon... it would be good to have at least a couple months' notice for prep time to get time off from work/school, arrange transportation/lodgings, whatever. Not that it matters to me so much, since it's pretty much a day car trip for me & my roomie, (especially if it's on a Saturday, which would eliminate any work time-off issues) but others probably aren't as lucky.

Besides, this is the internet. There's tons of ways to premier stuff to the world and not all cost money.
But, if you're talking about the money it costs for people to travel physically to one spot, then yeah that wouldn't be practical.

I'd love to know what the Cesar web cam thingy was. I don't recall it and I was part of the whole web cam craze! Say, seeing you online made me go out and buy a web cam. And, yes, I look scary because my web cam likes to make my skin look blue (I can assure you, I am not a smurf, although I have been oompa loompa colored before, but we don't need to go there). I don't recall him being "that" scary looking when I met him in person ;).
I'd love to have a World Premiere party and broadcast it live over the web. I can get us a nice concert hall for around $800! (Anyone got $800?). But then there's this little thing called internet connection. Where to get an uplink? Anyone got any money to rent a satellite feed for the night?
I can probably get some restaurants that have donated food for some of the shows my theatre company has done (inluding beer and wine - I'd have to buy the non-alcoholic drinks). But that satellite feed thingy!
Not to mention the fact that we'd have to sit and listen to Cesar talk about the game (and he's got a really thick accent - I can't help it. You all rag on Cesar in this forum and it's really contagious), we'd be straining our ears, hearing sound, but not being able to decipher it's meaning. We'd have to have myself or Rich attempting to translate - YIKES! I don't know about you, but I think typing is the way to go ;). Less hassle. You can order your own food (or make your favorite dish), buy your favorite drink, sit back in your skivvies or heck with nothing on at all! We won't know!!! That's the best part! Because, believe me, we don't want to know ;).

Hee. Well, I'd love to come to a little NYC get-together, although it'd only be if I can manage to get a new job before then, 'cause I'd probably have to take the bus. My roomie is dying to go to the auditions, so he'll be driving us to that, but I doubt he'd want to go somewhere to just shoot the breeze with a bunch of people he knows nothing about. ;)

The Greyhound would cost me $100 if I took into account student discounts, but it's 10 hours each way. :P As for trains, I've never ridden one before and have no clue what their pricings or schedules are.
