When looking through old posts, I noticed that in several (including one of mine, so even with posts that have been here within a little over a year) the message had been replaced with "Re: [thread title]". Though I realize it can hardly be fixed, I decided to ask out of curiosity (and in order to increase my post count, of course ;P) if it were possible that it could reoccur in the future or if it was just an old forum bug.
It's definitely not an old forum bug. I'm not really sure what caused it, but it probably happened when the forum kept crashing. It's possible it could reoccur in the future, but let's just hope it doesn't. :P
