Another suggestion:
This was done on the Tierra board - start a thread for the occasional conversation on the off-topic section, so posts like that wouldn't clog up other threads.
I thought about starting one myself, but didn't want to be too presumptuous :D
That's what I do every time I split a topic. It moves to the off-topic forum.
If you mean combine all off-topic threads into into one thread.. I don't see how that makes things better. ???
