Hmm, I can think of a couple things that might take a few seconds off your time, but nothing big. Great job!
well that's one way to play a game. Watch someone else do it. hehe seriously thought good, It will help people who want to remember/find certain parts but don't want or don't have the time to play through it to find it.

Well, in the witch's forest, you could just go right from her house to get to the tree with the lock instead of going all the way around. I think the other things were just things I'm sure you noticed while you were doing it, but didn't think it was a big enough deal to redo it for (like when you entered the Yeti's cave and messed around for a bit before you got Graham out of the way.) I commented on the one with Mordack's castle on how I think Mordack comes sooner if you don't move...
