Do people subscribed to the newsletter get the same updates? If I DON'T have either of these, will I still be able to get the updates?
Yes, the newsletter sums up the recent updates for almost 4k subscribed members. And everyone gets the same updates, it's just a matter of how soon you want to get them.
The fun thing for those who have Myspace and DA is that they get first hand and exclusive everything I do the second I upload new things there. I'm *still* working on files to get on Myspace and I'm working on more art for DA. The members of each community get to fully participate (post comments on art, ask me specific questions, request more stuff, comment on blogs, etc) and get first dibs on these things.
Regardless of this, even if you are NOT a member in any of those places I provided the links so you can go and lurk around :) As I update more things, I will mention it here too for the forum folks who don't have DA or Myspace. The profiles are public so I hope you don't have any troubles seeing or reading blogs there. If so, feel free to comment about it so we can help you.
And lastly, for those who are not regulars forum members and might not even get to see this thread, they will get all the updates gathered up in the newsletter when it gets out.
If you want to get to see things first hand but you're not a member there, I suggest you to check the forums and check the links when I post them. Otherwise you will be notified of all the updates once we send the newsletter.
But as I mentioned, forum members usually get the information first hand most of the time. But some people hate to be reading forums 24/7 so that's when the newsletter is rather useful.

Umm...did we just have a newsletter? With all the computer problems I've been having, I haven't been looking in my bulk mail :P

No. A newsletter hasn't been sent out... yet. :P
Once we sent out the newsletter we will make sure to post about it on the forums so everyone make sure to check their inbox... or junk mail!

Updates!
New exclusive art in DA and two blank pieces open for collaboration work. I know some of you have DA accounts and those who do not but want to participate are always welcome.
I just placed 2 sketched files and encouraged fans to participate and color them. Once you are satisfied with your collaboration you can either post there, PM me, email me your link and I will update it for everyone to see.
Only ONE will be selected to be part of our gallery, and if lucky you might be featured in our TSL coming updates.
I WANT TO SEE SOME ART... now :)

XD I just realized that right I was adding the part about more TSL music, itunes randomly picked a TSL song out of 500 songs to play.
For some reason there was an extra character in the link, the "music" link is pretty much just a link to myspace profile, which has a music box and a bunch of original songs right there :)

My artistic ability is really poor. I can't even draw stick figures well! But the TSL art department is very talented! Cassima looks pretty nice! Perhaps I'll print out the black and white photos and just have a random coloring spree with my friends at school for no apparent reason... XD
