Title: Re:Weirdest computer game bugs

Uru - in the beta days when we "warped" to a certain part of an Age, the camera would be stuck in our head and we would be seeing the insides of our faces. Quite disturbing. ;)

Lemmings - an old download I got somewhere reset my computer clock to midnight repeatedly, I'm still not sure why but I deleted it. :S

lol! Lemmings was a great game :) I never got into the "Holiday" version though. The music was too annoying.

My version of Freddy Farkas kept getting “Unimplemented trap” errors. It kept happening later and later in the game…sort of missed the ending because of it… very unhappy…

Heh, that reminds me of that one part where Freddy gets ganged up on by some roughnecks, it says some weird error message in the speech bubbles instead of actual words. I forget the actual message, but it seemed kinda funny the way it was phrased.

The games or the errors?

“Dear Sierra, I like a new error in my favorite game  please, I’m sick of this one…”

Sorry, feel like a smart arese today...  :(

The current sierra probably doesn't even know or care about KQ probably unless there is money in it...Because thats what it is...all about the money...Well except you people...OR...hmmmm...Nah, never mind.

I also had problems with Gabriel Knight 2... for some reason my computer had a hard time reading the CDs. I can't remember the exact error but I do remember the frustration, cleaning the CDs more times than I care to count and praying every time the CD-ROM light went on :-[

I had lots of Grim Fandango problems too... not with installing it, but it had a tendency to crash and close itself. I had to turn off the hardware acceleration - that pretty much fixed it  :-\

Daggerfall.(buggiest game of all time)
What to choose, what to choose...

How about jumping, then hitting a rock, then being thrown over a dozen stories high, hitting the ground, and game over.

Then there's just plain crashing.

Then there's the climbing on the roof of a house, and falling thru. You get stuck in the walls, and have to here the guards yell "HALT!" till you reload(assuming you did something wrong/illegal/stupid).

and last, but not least... Going to the person that sent you after a special item, and trying to give it to them. While they keep telling you to go and get it, and not to return until you have it!

By the way, Daggerfall's a great game ;D

Morrowind(sequel to buggiest game of all time).

I go to talk to a leader of the Brothehood, then the conversation screen appears. It just keeps repeating the same message, over and over, until it fills up the screen. Because of this, I couldn't complete the main story. I had to wait over a month for a patch, after I failed at patching it myself(ES Editor).
