Are you using any kind of download accelerator like GetRight? The file should be 356 MB total, so if you got less than that it was an actual download issue. If you're using an accelerator you may want to try the download without the accelerator running. Another person who had this issue also just renamed the file itself to like TSL.msi and just changing the name worked for the installation.
If none of those work then get me the specs on the computer you want to get it running on and I'll see what else I can figure out.
I got the same problem and I don,t use an accelerator. My computer is on Vista family premium 32 bits and I have a quad AMD processor with 4 Gigs of memory.
How big is the file you downloaded and did you try changing the file name?
the file was 356 Mo.
It finally worked. What I did was to save the file to my desktop before insatlling instead of installing right away after downloading without saving. This way it worked great.
