Same here.
Looks to me like combination of both the box art from “Quest For Glory IV†(Quest For Glory Fans help me out here) and the some of the opening scenes of the VGA version of “Quest For Glory Iâ€. Where did you get this pict? ???
I'm going to go kinda off-topic here--*gasp!*--No heart attacks, please!
I just got the Quest for Glory collection off ebay...hopefully it will be in soon! Now, let's hope that most will run with XP (like KQ1-4, 7 & MoE), and if not, with everyone's help, I can figure out how it will work with DOSBox!

hmmm... I have xp and all the qfg games works fine ... xcept that my pc is too fast for them so I needed a cpu killer to pass timing errors and do quest where time is involved ; / ...but that is not xp related
B'rrr: Here's something that might at least help with QFG4:

thnx!! ; ) ...I did completed qfg4 (well only with the paladin and the thief), but even with a cpu-killer it got stuck in the swamp a lot ; ( ...I hope this will help better!
Actually, the above-posted pic is a combination of a Quest for Glory I (remake) screen & a part of its introduction screen, and the Quest for Glory III box art. I don't know where the Sierra logo is from though :P

Thanks for letting me know this...I can't wait to get the game! I've heard so much about QFG, but thought it was too late to play it...as in, the computers had become too advance...but decided to take the risk!

Have to say that I can only play QfGV in windows 98 compatibility mode...
and the computer 'advance' part, isn't that big deal. I have a 1ghz computer and only experienced some minor timer bugs (which can be easily solved) in QfGI(vga) and QfGII ...and a major bug in QfGIV (which can be solved also)

i got the picture from the Vivendi Universal Games Forums ;D
Well, from what I heard, QFGV is like MoE (correct me if I'm wrong, b/c it's just something I heard) so I wasn't planning on getting it. And the question may come up...well, why don't I just ask now...how do you solve the timer issues. It might be best for you just to PM me. Unless, that is, anyone else is wanting to know the answer! lol.

hmmm I thought QfGV was the worst qfg game.... I didn't really liked it at all ; (
Edit: I send you the solution when I get home
Appreciate it!

I enjoyed QFGV, while it's true that a couple things require a lot of monster bashing, there is quite a lot of story and minor quests you can do. Plus being a thief is fun, and a lot easier than fighting your way through the game. ;)
EASIER?? what are you talking about?? I couldn't even fight my way out of the QFG5 DEMO... :-[
Maybe the game itself had a difficulty level you could take all the way down? :P
Do you get to choose which level you want to play with each game...i.e. Thief, Magician, Soldier? (don't know if those are the proper titles...oh well!)
Cat
Sure, you get to choose the class... wouldn't be QFG if you couldn't ;-D
And it's Fighter, Magic user, Thief and Paladin ;)
I remember the good old fugly monocromatic Hero1 :P <3 <3 <3 <3
