freezing ugggg

[shinrasteve]

I am having a problem while in Cords appt.  I am in the office and everytime i try to use cognition to look at the letter on the desk the game freezes.  I thought I may have a problem from the beginning as the game was not always showing me cognition cut scenes.  I have tried using lower settings but that has not helped.  i tried updating with the C++ program from microsoft as stated on another post... neither worked.  HELP!!!

This is in Cognition ep 3 if anyone was wondering.

Can you run dxdiag on your computer and then save and email the result to me via Weldon (at) postudios (dot) com please? Thanks!

I saw "ugggg" in the thread title, and I thought this was an Ugg Boots spambot thread.

LOL, I did the same thing snabbott!

Welcome shinrasteve--glad you're not a spambot, and I hope Weldon can help you sort out your bugs!
