Hey guys, just finished downloading ep2, but..

When i click the TSL-EP1+2.msi file, it comes up with a little box saying "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

What's the size of the file you downloaded and what version of Windows do you have?

sounds like an incomplete or corrupted download... id try re downloading.

757mb and i'm on Windows 7 64bit.

I tried re-downloading but the file wont come down, the kbps just reduce from 700 odd (normal) to 0.. i guess try when it's less busy?

You do have the correct size of file so it is possible that it got corrupted during the download somehow.  Try renaming the file itself to Episode2.msi and try running it again, see if that helps at all.

No such luck, but yes, corruption wouldn't surprise me, the download was quite bumpy.

Is there a lot of traffic on the download at the moment or would it be more likely my connection mucking up?

It's most likely your internet connection - the servers have been fairly busy with the download but they're all still up and handling the traffic quite well.  Try downloading again and make a note of which site it says it's downloading the file from - if it comes up as a bad installer again let me know so I can take a look at that specific server and see if there's a problem.  Thanks!

I have the same problem. Episode One can be installed without problems.
Episode Two doesn't open. Same problem as described above.

I have already downloaded the file for three times.
Last time the afternoon.

The file size is 749.275 KB.

Can sombody help us? I wanna play it! Soon!

Try using a different web browser. Firefox worked well for me.

Actually I'm trying it one more time.

FireFox-Download shows 757 MB.

Let's see what the size is about when it's finished.

Ok, problem solved (i used firefox on all attempts btw). I got it on the first go today, no jumpy download, just full speed the whole way, installed without troubles.
My internet was downloading other things fine so it may have just been something with the server. Sorry i didn't find the server name, all i could see was poststudios.com if that helps

I downloaded the tsl-ep1+2 from http://76.186.220.93/kqsl/tsl-ep1+2.msi came up as only 406MB - gonna give it another attempt - hope the ip of the download helps to prevent this problem for others
