Thanks, can't be a***d to use it though!

It's OK, Shadow... you know what they say about men with big feet!  :flirt: (or long noses) :suffer:

Blimey! Never expected a line like that from you (or any Lady for that matter, it's a first!)

You didn't expect a line like that from moi? *points to the first bit of her signature*

I can just imagine when J-R shows up to read this thread... :suffer:

Maybe so but the C.A.T I created in my head still doesn't point to you saying that (not offended or anything, just taken aback!)

C.A.T.? (scratches head)

Anyhoo. (grin) Thank you for the compliment. I take great pleasure in surprising people.

Oops, sorry, a C.A.T is a special doctrine of mine I use for analysing peoples characters; that way I can adapt my personality to best fit their responses. Usually I only do this just to aid me being friendly to people (and as such only do a light analysis) but I find it tremendously useful if I need to seriously anaylise someones personality for whatever reason (and that requires equally serious paperwork!)

Do not worry, I am not interpreting your every word to mean something per se! It just useful to study how someone reacts to something (especially when giving compliments!)

Anyhoo, yes, you did surprise me so I suppose I can say thankyou (now, whether you were implying anything by that is an entirerly different kettle of fish...  ;))

7 ½! Thats possibly the biggest shoes size I have ever seen on a Lady of your age (most I know seem to wear 4-5 at the max!) No offense meant of course!

(at least you have a proper size of foot like me!)

I thought U.S. sizes were one larger than U.K. --- Is it more difficult than that?

Click on the first link LN posted.  It gives a chart that's helpful in comparing.  And Kimmie...I think you and Jeysie have the same sized feet, if I remember correctly.

It depends on the shoe type(man, woman, girl, boy, etc)

Many shoes have the UK size also(in the US), not just the US size. So if you can't be bothered with the chart, you could always check your shoes(or shoe boxes :P ).

EDIT: In my post, I'm assuming you're from the US. :-\

Kimmie

i hav extremely narrow long feet...kind of like a bird lol...and then i hav skinny/muscley legs...oh i was made to look weird.

I have wide, long feet. I wish I had narrow, long feet... it'd be easier to buy shoes then. :P

As for legs, I have large thighs and muscular calves. I have to either wear short skirts or long ones... if I wear anything with just my calves showing it looks really ugly.

Of course, with my horrid complexion, I never wear anything showing skin anyway... :P (Personally I'd love to have your legs, Kimmie!)

Kimmie

its actually quite hard for me to find shoes that fit properly...would u like to look like a sparrow?

It can't be any worse than looking like a whale. ;P

Maybe you'd be happier buying shoes in the US. :D I always have the problem where almost every shoe I try on pinches my toes and the sides of my feet because they have pointed toes and they're too narrow. Almost all of the shoes that have wide sides, round toes, and flat soles (why in the name of humanity do 95% of women's shoes have high heels?!) are some degree of ugly.

I wore saddle shoes for most of my youth, then loafers for my pre-teen years. Canvas shoes were nice for my teen years, but didn't have enough thick enough soles for when I started working in retail and having to be on my feet all day. So I then started wearing construction-style workboots. It wasn't until a year ago I finally found shoes that are comfy *and* stylish. (And now I have to try and find another pair because these are starting to wear out...)

I won't even touch dress shoes... I've always had the most hideously ugly dress shoes. Thankfully I seldom need to dress up.

I'm somewhat of a 7 in the UK, and a 9 in the US, shoe-size wise. I have the right size of feet for my hight and weight, I think. ::)
