I can't eat too much, because my stomach can't take it. It actually warns me when it's nearing its full capacity. Although I don't eat loads, I don't eat that little either. Anyway, no matter what I eat (assuming it's not fast food everyday), I don't gain weight, nor do I lose weight, I remain under-weight. THe only thing that slighly increased my weight was my drinking full-fat (?) milk instead of half-fat (?) milk.
