it is 12:03 am!

and Im soooooooooooo tired from today (or should I say yesterday )

the act was really beautiful, I woke up at around 6 am and I got ready to go at 7, I arrived campus and I started to take all the pics and stuff, I harrassed my family so they would go with me (obviously, wtf was I gonna take the pics of, myself alone? lol) and amazingly... they did late but they did, my dad was so excited it was the cutest thing on earth, my brothers were too and it was really sweet as well.

The act began at 9:30 sharp (same as the mass yesterday) so I was amazed how nice and neat they all organized everything (kind of) but truth is for 235 graduated students, they did a cool job. Anyhow, the act ended at 12:10 pm! I was exhausted by that time, it was sincerely too emotional, my tutor was there and he hugged/kissed me when I walked up to get my diploma, the dean and the owners of the campus were there and they were really sweet with me when I went upstairs too, it was just one of those moments when you just don't know how to feel like? but it was really gorgeous.

There were around 10 cum laude students and 1 magna cum laude, the owners of the campus (the founder and his wife current head administrator of the whole thing) were there as always and were extremely emotional, because Mr Marcano (the founder) is horribly sick, I'm not sure what he's got but he managed to get there on the podium and stuff with tons of help... he's in a delicate condition and he was there to witness one of the biggest and best promotions ever (as she said on her speech, Mrs Marcano) and she cried during her speech cuz truth is UNE (my university) was in anniversary of 15th year, they've been functioning for over 30 years or something, because at first it started as a school, then as a technical institute and nowdays it's been 15 years of what it represents as a University, she was very emotional and that was personally what I liked the best myself, her speech.

Anyhow, after all that, I almost cried hahaha, but I tried SO hard not to do that at the end of the act we all tossed away out our mortarboard (sp?) (you know the hat that goes with the gown thingy) and haha wtf I got hit in the head by one (not mine) and that did hurt a lot lol, oh well.

It was horrible to get out, everyone was pushing everyone, at the end they were over 2.000 ppl trying to get out by 2 exits, I was stuck in a huge crowd for about... 10 minutes... it felt like forever I actually got stuck cuz I went front to hug my tutor and everything, it was such a beautiful moment.

Then when I got out I hugged my dad and my brother, before going to the parking lot I went back again to the hall exit to greet other high representatives, the dean, the general secretary and stuff... it's great cuz I did a small internship at the dean's office so I know them all, and they were really happy with everything, they hugged me too and everything haha oh well

When I got to the parking lot and everywhere else I saw my mom and my other brother, we all hugged it was uber cute, and then I kidnapped my brothers to take more pics together (since one of them took like forever to get there so I missed him before the act) and it all turned out to go alright though.

Then I got home, grandma was waiting for us cuz we were going to have lunch all together, and so we did, we went to a super kick ass restaurant and had a huge meal hahaha, I was so full I felt as if I couldn't move, anyhow! after that my brother, my mom and myself went to the mall to see if we could rent some movies or stuff and I decided to give myself a graduation present I bought Silent Hill 4, we also got Manhunt it all looks reaaaally neat I can't wait to sit down and waste my free moments playing those.

Also, when I got back from the act I found a hugeeeeee bouquet at home, apparently my godmother's sisters sent me some flowers, that was the most beautiful thing I never expected, my godmother died about 3 years ago by now, and yes, I did miss her terribly today as I tend to usually do at important moments, she was one of those ladies that you just can't seem to get enough from, I was talking to one of her sisters today cuz I went over by her house at night to say thank you for that present, and she said the cutest thing that ALMOST made me cry, she goes like "I know how much she loved you, and I know she still loves you so much" I really had to take a deep breath to NOT cry at that moment lol... THEN I get home and Cesar had a little present for me which I was like "ok that's it, crying time now" lol I couldn't hold back, and I got a letter as well from my better half too , he's just the most beautiful thing on earth , he wrote a poem just for me and everything... when I read it (again) I just couldn't hold back and I got all emotional again lol

and with all that said... all I can say left is...

...wow, what a day.

I don't think that post can be classified as a rant, Say, but as a rave   I'm glad you had a wonderful day!  Big smile on my face just from reading about it!

lol, I joke about it but honestly wtf!? I got sick a week ago with this same stuff, is like an allergy complication mixed with a very very bad cold, there isn't anything worse than feeling like s*** and having to work that just simply sucks

Actually, it's been some time since I last had a flu, the only thing that seems to be able to affect me is a common cold, or maybe that's just a degenerated form of a flu virus..

I've never taken out a day from work because of that, yes I'm a workaholic I know I feel I would let my boss down and I may get in troubles, not to mention they wouldn't pay that day (obvious reasons) and the payment is already crappy so... I don't wanna make it all more crappy all together

Wha? Your job doesn't offer sick pay? I could understand if it was a crappy retail/temp job, but...

Besides, how is it letting your boss down to stay home? You're less likely to give everyone else in the office your cold, and if you don't get enough rest then your body's immune system takes longer to fight off the infection.

Of course, Harrison's been ill for the past few weeks, and he's had both me *and* his bosses trying to get him to stay home and relax, to no avail... and he keeps complaining he's not getting better.
