Knight, this may sound really dull, but, next time you meet someone which you seen interested into "exchange" numbers, in a friendly way... it's better to seem eager then than to be desperated later


Sometimes, I think guys complicate themselves too much, but then... I do know what it feels to be exposed for nothing, sometimes some people just have absolutly NO idea what they want... that's why they don't mind being that way

Good luck with that Knight, IF, you manage to find her phone without much trouble fine, but if you have to beg or like harrass her friend, then it would sound as Vipt says, needy and it may backfire

my two cents: wish you had gotten her phone number.  From my (very limited) experience,  I like for the guy to make the first phone call.  I hope, though, that you will be able to bump into her someplace and strike up another conversation.

Of course, this is coming from a 21 yr-old female who's never been on a date...

If you're not going to be able to easily meet up with her again, I'd just go ahead and ask her friend if she could tell you the girl's number or where she likes to hang out. Upside, you get to actually talk to the girl again. Downside, she decides that telling her friend once that you like her and would like to talk to her again means you're a dweeb, and you're free to do yourself the favor of finding a less shallow girl to like.

Of course, I just don't put up with mind games crap, so this may be bolder than you're willing to try.

There could be a reason.  The phone call I was waiting for didn't arrive...I had to make it.  Turns out the person was feeling really depressed about some things and didn't want to depress me.  Just goes to show that you never know. *shrugs*

Knight, I feel for ya man, I've ended up in the same situation at least twice. My advice, just be patient, if she got your number, she probably plans to call you eventually. I've given girls my number at parties and not had them call me till months afterwards.
