you just copy the link in your browser and you are done, ...not that hard is it? linking to a specific post is a bit more complicated but iirc I posted a discription somewhere how to do it  :-\

I just click the "quote" button on the post, then preview the post, then right-click and copy the link that says: Quote from: ....  It's not hard to do, but for threads that are locked, I don't think you guys will be able to do it this way.
