The Good; Ace gliding lesson today! Excellent thermals apparently! (definately an alternative to powered flight!)

Nothing beats flying, I love my 250 SuperKarting (will be testing it out tomorrow...only up to 100mph but nonetheless...) But flying is my epitome of freedom as it allows me literally fly away from all my earthly woes below!

As for the "falling thing," I do admit I am not a keen fan of that either. Unfortunatly, I once had to do spins and spiral dives in an aircraft. Literally I had to put the machine into both situations (which...in laymens terms is an uncontrollable plummet towards the ground. pitching up, rolling etc...) and then get out of them! It was one of the few times I have been in control of an aircraft and thought "I don't want to be here!" Talking of which, my proud personal random fact of the day is that I have flown every aircraft I have ever set foot in...how about that one! (Impresses the mates certainly!)

The BEST: church today...still in awe!

The GOOD: ornament premiere and the extra work...not to mention the time I got to spend with coworkers I haven't seen in a while

The BAD: after three days with next to no sitting down...my feet are killing me!

The BAD/ANNOYING: found out that three women who registered to win some ornaments have been to eighteen other stores to do so. Thus, it's not fair should they win any of them (they were also trying to get a couple free and rare ornaments from each store)...so I've called every store we're associated with to let them know. Maybe these women will have less of a chance to win...

THE EXCELLENT: Koko's reading "Wicked" (I'm almost done with Harry Potter and "Wicked" is better, though HP is good!)

THE EXCELLENT: Koko's reading "Wicked" (I'm almost done with Harry Potter and "Wicked" is better, though HP is good!)

Except, I'm not really enjoying "Wicked." My friend who got me to read it said that the musical is so much better and not nearly as suggestive. To tell you how interested I am in it, I haven't gotten halfway through yet...and Confessions only took me four days because I was busy...I think I'm on Day Seven.

My favorite part of the book was "Gillikin" because it had the most adventure and was the least sad. However, I like the intense quality in the characters in "Wicked." I love Elphaba, Boq, Crope, Tibbett...the whole crew is really strong and eccentric.

I know what you mean about the book being suggestive. It is sort of unnerving at first, but after I finished the book, those moments felt like just another part of the story, and almost necessary.
