Thankee, Ra. I got it OK. I mostly wanted to point out that perhaps Warlock shouldn't just get uppity and jump to conclusions... (namely, assuming that Daventry was just being obtuse/not paying attention)

Actually, after looking at the source code, I realize why I couldn't see it. The issues block is an IFrame, and I usually have set Opera to not display IFrames because the majority of the time they're used for ads. (I originally guessed it was a Flash movie. I don't ordinarily load Flash either, since it's also frequently used for ads, among other reasons.)

It's called the Toolbar.

You'll get to see bigger versions of the screenshots once they're added to the site.

Anyways, you can see it well enough... almost... There's the regualr Point & Click Walk, Talk, Look, Action and Inventory Buttons, and those two bubbles for current chapter and score.
As for that crest - now that's confusing. At first I thought it might be the crest of the green isles, but it just doesn't have enough isles... it's divided into three, it might be the current character indicator, or the Daventry crest with the 3 magical treasures. But then, why would there be a character indicator if there's a different character playing for each chapter? And the Daventry crest doesn't look like that, and even if it did, what would it be doing there?

The cutscenes shots look interesting... is that Rosella surprising Graham while he's trying to steal something?

It could be either toolbar, GUI or icon bar.  There's no strict name for it.
